Digital Products and Online Content

All digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and digital content purchased through the Beauty by Fox website are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or a product has been delivered electronically, all sales are final. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Online educational materials
• Downloadable resources
• Digital training content
• Any other electronically delivered products

Service Deposits

Beauty by Fox may require a deposit to reserve an appointment for certain services.

All deposits:

• Are applied toward the total cost of the service
• Secure your appointment time
• Help ensure availability for scheduled clients

Deposits are not refundable, but may be applied toward your scheduled service appointment.

Appointment Changes

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when notice is provided in advance.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or adjustments, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Beauty by Fox management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
