Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Providing adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer the reserved appointment time to another client who may be waiting for availability.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance may have their deposit applied toward the rescheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments
Appointments that are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in the forfeiture of the original deposit.
If you wish to book a new appointment after a late cancellation or missed appointment, a new deposit of $50 will be required to secure the next appointment.
Why This Policy Exists
Beauty by Fox carefully schedules appointments to ensure that each client receives the proper time, attention, and care for their service. When an appointment is reserved, that time slot is held specifically for you and prevents other clients from booking that time.
Late cancellations or missed appointments create scheduling gaps that cannot always be filled on short notice. This policy helps ensure fairness to both our team and other clients who may be waiting for available appointments.
